At Drax, we highly value our customers and staff, so we wish to reassure you regarding our position at this time of uncertainty. Safety is our priority for everyone, so we are continually monitoring the information being released by the UK Government and the World Health Organisation.
The first news to report is that we will endeavour to carry out our routine service visits, respond to reactive calls, complete projects works and keep our offices open whilst enabling staff to work remotely where appropriate, in line with current advice. We continue to be committed to providing you with the best service you have come to expect from Drax and our staff are being carefully monitored by the company for their well-being, as well as taking additional steps to ensure necessary PPE and hygiene practices are adhered to.
Moving forwards, we will continue to actively monitor the situation and are prepared to react accordingly to help keep you and our staff safe. If there are any changes to our scheduled visits due to the evolving situation, we will be in touch with you straight away or we are of course happy to reschedule routine servicing when asked to do so by our customers.
